Train ride from Shanghi to Beijing. All four of us slept in the same room. It was definitely a fun and new experience.
The Summer Palace is built on a man made mountain and surrounded by a man made lake. It was a gift for an emporer's mother for her birthday! 
This is part of the Forbidden City. It was the emporer's little city.

Most of you know that we had a fantastic trip last year to China and haven't been able to see most of our pictures. Here are just some of the fun pictures that we took. It was an amazing experience and we hope to be able to go back someday. We shopped till we dropped in Shanghi and then we took a train to Beijing and went to the Great Wall where Jen broke her foot, Temple of Heaven, Forbidden City, and Summer Palace. Here they are!!!
