Rest or Stressed?

Well I have had work off for the past week. I would think that being off work should be relaxing and not stressful but apparently I am wrong. I have had 3 coldsores within one month. AHHHHHH!!! Just as soon as one is done healing I feel a new one coming on. I have also noticed that I am getting them when I have time off of work. What is going on? I have always thought that stress brought them on but I don't think that is the case. Maybe work is my safe haven where I get my relaxation. I do have to say I absolutely love my job, my boss, my coworkers, and all of our patients.
I have got to figure out why I am getting these coldsores. I didn't think I was stressed. I am however watching over 7 kids this week while my boss is out of town. Usually it is more that 7 because all of them want to have a friend over. I have had a lot of fun with all of the kids. The oldest is 19 and the youngest is 6. I pretty much just play all day with them. It is fun because we have gone swimming, rollerskating, jump man jump, saw WALL-E, gone to the park and played on the trampoline. I am definitely warn out and I have learned that I don't want to have 7 kids. One night I made dinner and I had enough for six kids(some of the kids were at friends houses) when it was time to say the prayer there were 10 kids that showed up and four of the kids weren't even related. It was crazy. I just had to make do. I have enjoyed it but I am excited to just go home and do my own thing.

Okay so like once or twice a year, my lip breaks out with cold sores, and I usually get two in a row. Matt's mom told me that if to take a vitamin called lysine. You take like 2-4 the day you feel it start coming on, and then 1-2 all of the other the days, until its gone. I can't believe how well it works! Its been the greatest remedy! I hope you feel better. I'm not quite sure what brings mine on either!

7 kids that is crazy! At least none of them were really little that would have been even tougher. When do you guys move?

Thanks for that advice. I do take L-Lysine and it does work wonders. Cody introduced it to me and my family a couple of years ago. They pretty much bow down to Cody for introducing it to them. I also have a laser at our dentist office that I have access to 24/7 which is nice too. I don't know what I would do without it.
Heidi, We move the beginning of August. we still are looking for a place to live. If you come across anything let us know. Thanks

Whatever happened to your days off! And when you do have a day off you usually end up watching Wyatt! I think that is just how McCombs girls are...always trying to stay busy and productive! Wyatt loved being with you while we were in the hospital! I don't know what I would have done without you! Thank you so much for all your help...I don't think I worried about him once...the only worrying was if you were alright with him! What am I going to do when you move? I don't even like to think about it! Hopefully this next month will go by really slow! Love you tons,
Amber

Jen, I heard someone explain that people get sick when they finally have a chance to relax. Their body holds everything in during stressful times because it has to and then (when finally on vacation) the bugs have a chance to take over. It makes sense when you think about it.
