Walkin' the Strip

Cody's parents were in town for a few days and we had such a great time with them. On Saturday afternoon we met up with them down on the strip. We parked at Treasure Island and walked all the way to the other side of the strip. I have never done that and it was pretty fun. We were able to see the pirate and sirens show outside of TI, see the volcano explode in front of the Mirage, See the beautiful Christmas Conservatory in the Bellagio and of course we had to see the water show. We ended up eating at the Harley Davidson Cafe which was so good. Cody and I were sharing our dinner and he of course had to get the Hog plate which had three different kinds of animal on it (Chicken, Pork, and Beef) It was really good. We then went back to John and Debbie's hotel and visited for a while and relaxed. Then we were off on our hour and a half walk back to our car. We took our time to get back to the car but it sure was cold down there. It's still Christmas time at the Bellagio

Oh!!!! Jen and Cody We love your New January blog.Glad you had company like Debbie and John and Ryan and Katie for the new year Holiday. It looks like you had fun on the strip. Thanks too for getting me started on trying to make a blog. It is fun but I'm still new at it. Are you coming home for a summer vacation for a day or two. We would love a visit any time. Thanks again the the fun blog.
I would love to learn more. Love grandpa Kay and Grandma Marilyn P.S. Keep up the good work in school. And hope Cody likes his new job.

We're glad that you had a good time with the visit with Debbie and John! Too bad about the squishy ride in the car to the Dam, but at least you all got to spend some quality time with each other! While Debbie and John were away, we got to play with Yogi and Pippen! Fun for us! Anyway, good luck with your new semester!
