YAY!!!!
Yes I just finished my online summer class!!! It went by so fast because it was only four weeks. I have never taken an online class during the summer. It was really easy but the hardest part was keeping up with the schedule. My US Constitution test was the test determining if I passed the class or not. If I didn't get a 70 on the test then all of my other work doesn't matter. I think that is a lame policy. But I guess I have to do it. I did do very well on all of my papers and tests, but I still had to do well on this last test. I took it yesterday and I got a 69!!! AHHHHH!! Just my luck. I missed it by one point. I could take it again but I had to wait 2 days to take it, and 2 days would be too late. I thought I might try it today and I was able to get on and retake it. Yes!!! This time I got an 85%. So I am so excited because I did well in the class and I passed. What a relief.

Rest or Stressed?
Well I have had work off for the past week. I would think that being off work should be relaxing and not stressful but apparently I am wrong. I have had 3 coldsores within one month. AHHHHHH!!! Just as soon as one is done healing I feel a new one coming on. I have also noticed that I am getting them when I have time off of work. What is going on? I have always thought that stress brought them on but I don't think that is the case. Maybe work is my safe haven where I get my relaxation. I do have to say I absolutely love my job, my boss, my coworkers, and all of our patients.
I have got to figure out why I am getting these coldsores. I didn't think I was stressed. I am however watching over 7 kids this week while my boss is out of town. Usually it is more that 7 because all of them want to have a friend over. I have had a lot of fun with all of the kids. The oldest is 19 and the youngest is 6. I pretty much just play all day with them. It is fun because we have gone swimming, rollerskating, jump man jump, saw WALL-E, gone to the park and played on the trampoline. I am definitely warn out and I have learned that I don't want to have 7 kids. One night I made dinner and I had enough for six kids(some of the kids were at friends houses) when it was time to say the prayer there were 10 kids that showed up and four of the kids weren't even related. It was crazy. I just had to make do. I have enjoyed it but I am excited to just go home and do my own thing.

Catch up time
Well hello everyone. It has been a long time since I have blogged. I guess I just have to catch everyone up on what we have been doing. WE are living with my parents and it is wonderful. I love it. We are getting ready to move and I am slammed with stuff to do to get ready for school. We mostly have been working a ton lately. We want to get in as much as possible before we have to move. I was off of work last week so I worked for my brother Brian for a couple of days. He is doing a remodeling job for my boss and I got to help with the demolishine(I don't know how to spell that). It was fun working with him. The last half of the week our good good friend Debra Cottrell planned a trip for Cody, Me, Debra, and my friend from work Caitlin, to go down to L.A. We had such a great time. We did a ton of stuff while we were down there with the little time we had. We went to Hunington Beach, Disneyland,Wicked, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and of course shopped and got to experience L.A. crazy traffic. We first met my dad in Downtown L.A.where he owns his U.S. Colo business. He showed us around his business and explained to us what he does. I have never really understood what my dad does but I understand it a little better with seeing it and being explained to me a little bit more. I still couldn't tell you what he does. I would say is it is a communications business and if you want any more detail then go and see it for yourself. It is definitely impressive and I gained a greater respect for technology and my dad!!!
Dad took us up to the top of The Standard Hotel for some drinks. This hotel is definitely unique. We loved it because it was so different. They had a bar and a pool and water beds on top of the roof. I heard it gets pretty crazy on the weekends. They filmed an episode of Bones up here. It was so cool to see all of downtown L.A.

This was a great end to a wonderful fun filled weekend. We had so much fun and enjoyed eachother's company. Cody was a great driver in L.A. and he handled three women very well!!!

Where a Million Dreams Come True
While in L.A. we got to go to DisneyLand. Debra's aunt works at Disneyland so we were lucky enough to get in for free. We had so much fun. We left the house at 6:50 in the a.m. and played so hard all day and got back home at 1:00 in the a.m. That is a long day but it was so fun. We were going going going all day long and the day was perfect. We ate all the good Disneyland food, went on all the fun rides, saw the great parades and the beautiful fireworks show at the end of the night. Everything was perfect except for the 115* heat. Good thing we had a lot of water and were able to go on a couple water rides where we were able to cool off. We all had so much fun together and enjoyed eachothers company. Thanks Debra for getting us in. You are the Best!!!
All pumped up ready to start our fun hot long day. We were already sweating at 8 in the a.m.
The food was one of the best parts. If we saw it and we wanted it we got it. I loved it. We didn't hold back at all. We loved the churros, ice cream, cookies, turkey legs, frozen lemonade, cheeseburgers, fries, and Coke. At least we walked it all off.
This ride we waited for an hour to get on because it broke while we were in line. Just as we were getting ready to go we heard everyone cheering because they finally fixed it!!!! It was definitely worth the wait. We all got soaked but loved it because it was blazing hot.
Cody LOVES his turkey legs. It was pretty good.
We got soaked on splash mountain, well Cody actually got soaked!!!
This is in front of a picture. It was really weird on your eyes.
.California Adventure was really fun. There isn't much shade over there so we enjoyed the Disneyland side better because of the shade. Debra did get pretty sick on the rollercoaster
The end of a long fun day. Despite the sunburns, sore tired legs and feet, and blisters, we had the time of our lives. Disneyland is definitely the happiest place on earth!! There was only one thing I was sad about. I didn't get to see Mickey Mouse and get a picture with him. I guess I just have to go back!! :)
I love summer walks!!
One of my favorite things to do during the summer is enjoying the cool summer weather and breezes. I love to go and take walks down by the river walk and around the park. Seeing all the people out riding their bikes and walking around makes me so happy. I love the summer. We went on a walk with Amber and Monte and enjoyed a beautiful summer evening.
